Videos of cruel treatment of prisoners by Ukrainian nationalists were posted on the internet

MOSCOW, March 27. /TASS/. Chairman of Russia’s Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin has ordered to investigate into the reports about barbarous treatment of war prisoners by Ukrainian nationalists in Ukraine’s Kharkov region, the Committee’s press service said on Sunday.

"Bastrykin has instructed investigators to probe into the circumstance of the incidents, establish evidence and identify all those responsible to punish them under law," it said.

Videos of cruel treatment of prisoners by Ukrainian nationalists were posted on the internet. They feature nationalists shooting in the feet of the prisoners and offering them no medical assistance. These incidents reportedly took place at a base of Ukrainian nationalists in the Kharkov region.
