YEKATERINBURG, November 25. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday is confident that Russia will be developing and grow strong as first president Boris Yeltsin wanted.

"I remember Yeltsin’s words known by the whole country, 'Take care of Russia,'" Putin said at the opening ceremony of the new Yeltsin Presidential Centre in the Urals city of Yekaterinburg. "The words are addressed to each of us, to present and next generations."

"Yeltsin wanted our country to become powerful, flourishing and happy," Putin said, adding that lots of difficulties had been overcome to achieve this goal.

"We will resolve all of the current problems," the president said. "Russia will be growing stronger and developing with the endeavors, efforts and talents of our nation, committed to its Motherland.".
