EC President announces extension of individual anti-Russian sanctions

The European Union excluded four Russian nationals from the sanction list, the AFP news agency said

MOSCOW, March 14. /TASS/. The European Union extended individual sanctions against Russia due to the conflict in Ukraine, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen wrote on the X social network.

"The EU increases pressure on Russia. We extend our sanctions on nearly 2400 individuals and entities," she said. Sanctions include travel bans, asset freezes and the ban on funding and resources. "Our determination to support Ukraine is decisive," the official added.

The European Union excluded four Russian nationals from the sanction list, the AFP news agency said.
