Russia, Uzbekistan discussing increase of gas, electricity supplies

Volumes are the matter for negotiations, Russian Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilev said

MOSCOW, May 27. /TASS/. Russia and Uzbekistan are holding proactive talks on a significant increase of not only gas but also electric power supplies to the Republic, Russian Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilev said.

"[There will be] material growth in gas supplies. Not merely gas supplies but electric power deliveries also," the minister said.

Volumes are the matter for negotiations, he added.
