Afghanistan wants to supply dried fruits, agricultural products to Russia — expert

The issue of establishing logistics for Russian companies was also discussed

ST. PETERSBURG, June 16. /TASS/. Afghanistan’s companies expressed the intention to supply dried fruits and agricultural products at large to Russia, head of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergey Katyrin told TASS at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) on Thursday.

"We talked to representative of the delegation of the Afghanistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry. They highlighted existing trade and economic interest in Russia. In particularly, they would like to supply dried fruits, agricultural products in general," Katyrin said.

The issue of establishing logistics for Russian companies was also discussed, including in support of deliveries of their goods to India, he added.
