MOSCOW, August 26. /TASS/. Mikhail Mizintsev, chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, on Friday said Ukraine shelled a hospital in the LPR city of Stakhanov using US-made HIMARS, killing three people and wounding seven.

"Units of the 27th Artillery Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, using US-made HIMARS rocket systems shelled a hospital in the city of Stakhanov, Lugansk People's Republic, on August 26, 2022. <... > According to preliminary data, three people were killed, seven sustained wounds of varying severity," he said.
