Israeli aircraft target Hezbollah facilities in southeastern Beirut

A Lebanese civil defense official reported that several buildings had been destroyed

BEIRUT, November 14. /TASS/. Israel has carried out airstrikes on the Hezbollah Shia movement’s facilities in the Chyah municipality, one of the most densely populated areas in Greater Beirut.

A Lebanese civil defense official told TASS that several buildings had been destroyed.

"Five air strikes on Beirut were carried out in the afternoon," he said, adding: "Two of them targeted the south of Choueifat al-Amrousieh and the Bourj el-Barajneh Palestinian refugee camp located along the road to Rafic Hariri International Airport."

In the morning, the Ghobeiry, Ruwais, Haret Hreik and Mreijeh municipalities on the southern outskirts of Dahieh came under attack, and major damage was recorded. Their remaining residents were evacuated after the Israeli army had issued a warning of airstrikes on social media.
