Russia passes to the OSCE videos showing police brutality in its member states

The video shows episodes of aggression against law enforcement officers in Russia along with footages showing police brutality in Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, the US, Finland, France and the Czech Republic

MOSCOW, February 2./TASS/. The Russian side has handed over to OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Ann Linde video footages showing police brutality against protesters in countries members of the European security agency, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.

"Both officials and the leading media are ignoring these facts and we are being accused of their own ‘sins’," the Foreign Ministry wrote on its Facebook page.

The video uploaded beneath shows episodes of aggression against law enforcement officers in Russia along with footages showing police brutality in Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, the US, Finland, France and the Czech Republic.

"For those who are in doubt, we have prepared a graphic illustration based on contrast, so to speak. It shows how this happens there and here, in this country. Feel the difference," the ministry said.

Ann Linde, who is also Swedish Foreign Minister, is in Russia on a working visit. Earlier in the day she had talks with Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.
