Air defenses down two drones in Volgograd region, no casualties

According to the earlier reports, Russian air defenses destroyed and intercepted 40 Ukrainian UAVs in the skies over five Russian regions

VOLGOGRAD, February 11. /TASS/. Russian air defense systems destroyed two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the Volgograd Region, there were no casualties, the region’s administration quoted Governor Andrey Bocharov as saying.

"Overnight, two UAVs were intercepted and neutralized by the Russian Defense Ministry’s air defense forces on duty. There were no casualties or damage to civilian or military facilities," the administration reported via Telegram.

Earlier reports said, citing the Russian Defense Ministry, that Russian air defenses destroyed and intercepted 40 Ukrainian UAVs in the skies over five Russian regions, namely 18 over the Saratov Region, 13 over the Rostov Region, six over the Bryansk Region, two over the Volgograd Region, and one over the Belgorod Region.
