WASHINGTON, March 16. /TASS/. The Russian Embassy in Washington has set up a hotline for Russians facing discrimination in the United States amid the conflict in Ukraine.
"Due to the increasing cases of discrimination against Russian-speaking citizens on national, linguistic, cultural, religious and other grounds amid the conflict in Ukraine, the embassy has created a special communication channel," a message posted on Tuesday in the embassy’s Telegram channel said.
The embassy recommends that those who have been subjected to "insults, violence and other forms of harassment, including threats to life and health" contact a special embassy hotline by phone or e-mail. When addressing the Russian diplomats, people are asked to leave contact information.
