Delo Group reports 33% increase of investments in 2024

MOSCOW, March 19. /TASS/. Investments of the Delo Group into the transport infrastructure surged by 33% to 24 bln rubles ($287.1 mln) in 2024, the company informed.

"Investments of the Delo Group of Companies totaled 24 bln rubles in 2024, which is 33% more than in 2023. The group invested in total 171 bln rubles ($2 bln) into the transport infrastructure of the country since 2014," the company said.

In 2024, funds were mainly allocated to upgrade the network of corporate rail and marine container terminals, revamp the railcar and container fleet, ramp up capacities for the deep-water transshipment of grain, and for digital development. "All projects of the company focus on provision of transport sovereignty, stable domestic and foreign trade of the country," the company noted.

Among the key projects in 2024 was the start of container berth upgrade and capacity expansion of grain terminals of the group in Novorossiysk, the upgrade of dry terminals in five Russian regions and the capacity buildup for bulk cargo throughput at Baltic Sea terminals, the company added.
