MOSCOW, February 13. /TASS/. The dollar exchange rate declined below 90 rubles in the Russian interbank market for the first time since September 13, 2024, according to Finam platform data.

As of 6:51 p.m. Moscow time (3:51 p.m. GMT) the dollar exchange rate was down by 4.5% at 89.75 rubles.

By 7:12 p.m. Moscow time (4:12 p.m. GMT) the dollar had narrowed losses to 4.19% as it traded at 90.05 rubles.

Meanwhile, the euro exchange rate was down by 3.62% at 94.13 rubles.
