NEW DELHI, March 19. /TASS/. The Indian Business Alliance entered into an agreement with the Russian transport group Fesco to work together on transport and logistics projects in Russia and India, President of the Indian Business Alliance Sammy Kotwani told TASS.
A memorandum of cooperation was signed at the TransRussia 2024 exhibition in Moscow. According to Kotwani, the goal of the agreement is to expand and deepen partnerships, establish organizational and information links, and join forces to implement joint transport and logistics projects in both India and Russia.
He noted that, in accordance with the agreement, a research will be done on the cargo bases of Russia's principal commercial partners in India, as well as Indian trading partners in Russia. The parties will assist each other in making business contacts and finding partners in Russia and India.
Fesco is one of the largest transport and logistics companies in Russia. The Indian Business Alliance was created in 1994 to promote the interests of Indian business in Russia. It was founded by a group of Indian entrepreneurs with the support of the Indian Embassy in Moscow.
