MOSCOW, November 28. /TASS/. The dollar exchange rate exceeded 61 rubles during foreign currency trading on Moscow Exchange on Monday for the first time since November 22, 2022, according to trading data.

As of 4:35 pm Moscow time, the dollar exchange rate was up by 0.79% at 61.01 rubles.

By 5:00 pm, the dollar slightly extended gains to 0.93% trading at 61.09 rubles. Meanwhile, the euro exchange rate was up by 1.81% at 64.06 rubles.

The MOEX Index was down by 1.16% at 2,169.66 points, while the dollar-denominated RTS Index was down by 1.94% at 1,118.99 points, according to trading data as of 5:00 pm Moscow time.
