SUKHUM, March 3. /TASS/. Badra Gunba, president-elect of Abkhazia, is open to including representatives of the opposition in his team to achieve the tasks set for the development of the state.
"Cooperation with political parties - there are no obstacles to contacts, I am focused on collaboration, we will select the format of the conversation soon. We are all focused on progress, and there are political differences in the way of achieving economic growth and prosperity, but there is only one goal in preserving everything that our people have achieved," he told reporters.
"I hope that our colleagues are prepared to implement the plans we have outlined together. I have no limitations on recruiting people who can be useful to our state."
Gunba called for "setting aside all political grievances against political opponents" and noted that he considers it necessary to unite efforts and direct them towards the creative direction of strengthening statehood in Abkhazia.
He said that the new team will have to conduct a kind of review and evaluation of the previous political steps.
