Ten trucks with humanitarian cargoes enter Gaza Strip via Rafah crossing

According to the Al-Qahera al-Ekhbariya television channel’s sources, Cairo is invigorating its communication with all parties to the conflict to ensure the delivery of more humanitarian assistance in the Palestinian enclave next week

CAIFOR. October 29. /TASS/. A convoy of 10 trucks with humanitarian aid entered the Gaza Strip from Egypt via the Rafah border crossing, the Al-Qahera al-Ekhbariya television channel said on Sunday.

According to the TV channel’s sources, Cairo is invigorating its communication with all parties to the conflict to ensure the delivery of more humanitarian assistance in the Palestinian enclave next week.

Humanitarian cargoes are delivered to the enclave’s southern areas via the Rafah crossing. Humanitarian cargoes primarily include medicines, food, drinking water, tents, personal care amenities. No types of fuels are supplied to the Gaza Strip. Around 100 trucks with humanitarian cargoes have reached Gaza since October 12.
