YEREVAN, July 14. /TASS/. Armenia’s Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has noted the importance of cooperation between Yerevan and Moscow to overcome the unstable situation in the region at a meeting with Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergei Kopyrkin, the Armenian government’s press service reported on Wednesday.
"According to Pashinyan, the two countries have an extensive agenda for cooperation, and the governments are actively working on its implementation. Pashinyan highlighted the importance of Armenian-Russian cooperation in the context of overcoming the unstable situation in the region and emphasized Russia’s crucial role in ensuring security," the press service said.
During the meeting, Pashinyan and Kopyrkin discussed bilateral relations, the developments in the region and other issues of mutual interest.
