MOSCOW, December 19. /TASS/. Russia has already restored nearly 21,000 facilities in Donbass and Novorossiya at the expense of the federal budget and with the support of sponsor regions from all over the country, President Vladimir Putin said at the combined Direct Line Q&A session and year-end press conference.

"A lot of work is planned until 2030. Already 21,000 facilities have been reconstructed and restored," he said, noting that the goal is to restore another 20,000 facilities.
