MOSCOW, February 29. /TASS/. The number of Ukrainian service members willing to obey orders to attack civilians is declining, Kherson Region Governor Vladimir Saldo said in an interview with TASS.
"[Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky is the first responsible for this as these atrocities are committed on his order," he said. "However, I would like to point out that the number of those willing to obey such orders is steadily declining. We can see that even die-hard militants are surrendering," Saldo noted.
According to him, Russian forces are aware of the locations from where the Ukrainian army carries out drone attacks on settlements on the left bank of the Dnieper River and these locations keep coming under fire. "I expect that this threat will be reduced," Saldo added.
