Russian forces enter southern part of Rabotino, Ukrainian troops holding its northern part

Russian forces have also delivered a strike on Ukrainian military infrastructure facility northwest of the city of Zaporozhye

MELITOPOL, February 25. /TASS/. Russian forces have entered the southern part of the village of Rabotino in the Zaporozye Region, with the settlement being under their fire control, Vladimir Rogov, leader of the We Are Together With Russia movement, told TASS.

"Our guys are now in Rabotino, in its southern neighborhoods. The entire settlement is under their fire control. Most of the village is still in the grey zone, with Ukrainian militants entrenching themselves in Mir Street and near the cemetery," he said, adding that fierce fighting in the area continues.

According to Rogov, the key task is to drive Ukrainian troops out of Rabotino, as their presence there poses a potential threat for Tokmak.

Russian forces have delivered a strike on Ukrainian military infrastructure facility northwest of the city of Zaporozhye, Rogov also told.

"[Russian forces] have successfully hit an infrastructure facility near the village of Shirokoye in a Zaporozhye suburb. This facility was used by the Ukrainian army to conduct combat operations," he said.
