Russia, Pakistan to hold strategic stability talks — ambassador

Besides, the Russian deputy foreign minister has invited the Additional Secretary (Europe) of Ministry of Foreign Affairs which is equivalent to Deputy Foreign Minister to visit Russia in the middle of December to exchange views on diverse relations between Russia and Pakistan

MOSCOW, November 22. /TASS/. Russia invited a high-ranking Pakistani diplomat to visit Moscow for talks on strategic stability, Pakistan’s newly appointed Ambassador to Russia Muhammad Khalid Jamali has told TASS in an interview.

"Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mr. Vershinin visited Pakistan to conduct the bilateral counter terrorism cooperation dialogue on 16th November 2023. Similarly Russian side has invited Mr. Muhammad Kamran Akhtar, Director General (ACDIS) [Director General for Arms Control & Disarmament] of Ministry of Foreign Affairs for talks in Moscow on strategic stability," he said.

Besides, the Russian deputy foreign minister has invited the Additional Secretary (Europe) of Ministry of Foreign Affairs which is equivalent to Deputy Foreign Minister to visit Russia in the middle of December to exchange views on diverse relations between Russia and Pakistan.

"The Russian invitation is being considered in Islamabad," the ambassador said.
