Force of Tuesday’s explosion in Melitopol was equivalent to 15 kg of TNT — official

It is reported that a car was blown up near a television center in Melitopol on Tuesday

MOSCOW, October 25. /TASS/. The force of the explosion that took place near the building of a media company in Melitopol on Tuesday was equivalent to at least 15 kilograms of TNT, a representative of regional law enforcement agencies told TASS.

"Bomb experts estimated that the force of the explosion reached the equivalent of at least 15 kilograms of TNT. Damage was inflicted on the building of the media company, a next-door five-story residential building, and three privately-owned vehicles, two of which were parked in the courtyard," the person said.

A car was blown up near a television center in Melitopol on Tuesday. Six people were injured including a child. The shock wave from the explosion shattered windows and doors in the building, also damaging adjacent buildings and a car that was passing by. Law enforcement agencies are tracking down the perpetrators.
