Andrey Zhidkov stressed that the Kiev regime’s actions were directed against the civilian population

TASS, October 25. The number of those injured in a blast in Melitopol has risen to six, including a twelve-year-old child, Andrey Zhidkov, head of the Internal Affairs Department for Melitopol and the Melitopol district, reported on Tuesday.

"A blast occurred today in Melitopol near the building of the ZaMedia holding. A car filled with an improvised explosive device went off. As a result of the criminal actions of the Ukrainian Nazis (the Ukrainian armed forces - TASS) six civilians were injured, including a twelve-year-old child. So once again the Kiev regime’s actions were directed against the civilian population," he said.
