TOKYO, January 26. /TASS/. The number of people died from the landslide in West Java increased to twenty-five, Antara news agency reports, citing the National Disaster Management Agency of Indonesia.

The search and rescue operation continues. To date, 65 people are reported as missed. Searches were suspended many times because of heavy rains, unstable soil and the new landslide.

The incident occurred on January 24 amid abundant precipitation.
