According to the latest information, a female pedestrian was killed. The number of casualties is being clarified.

Circumstances of accident

- A bus ran into a stop on Varshavskaya Street in St. Petersburg’s Moskovsky District.

- The press service of the transportation committee told TASS that the bus driver lost control of the vehicle while making a turn and ran into several cars as well as a bus stop.

- The police were called to the scene of the incident.

- A female pedestrian who was on the sidewalk at the moment of the incident was killed.

- The total number of casualties is being clarified.

- The press service of the transportation company told TASS that no one inside the bus was injured.
