Montenegrin authorities to discuss complete ban on weapons possession

The government of Montenegro made the decision to declare January 2-4 as days of mourning

BELGRADE, January 2. /TASS/. Montenegrin authorities will discuss the possibility of introducing a complete ban on weapons possession amid the mass shooting in the city of Cetinje, the Cabinet of the republic said.

"An awful tragedy that shocked all of us. All the available units are in Cetinje and searching for the perpetrator. I hope doctors will save lives of wounded people that are in the grave condition. We will also hold a meeting of the National Security Council where we will consider plenty of options, including the complete ban on possessing weapons," Prime Minister of Montenegro Milojko Spajic said, cited by the government.
