Ukrainian forces shell DPR’s settlements 35 times over past day, killing two people

DONETSK, December 26. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces shelled the Donetsk People’s Republic’s settlements 35 times over the past 24 hours, two civilians were killed and three others were injured as a result of the shelling, the DPR mission to the Joint Control and Coordination Center on issues related to Ukraine's war crimes (JCCC) reported.

"Over the past 24 hours, the mission recorded 35 cases of Ukrainian shelling. Two civilian deaths were reported. Three civilians received wounds of different severity," the statement said.

As a result of Ukrainian shelling, nine residential buildings and five civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged. The Ukrainian units fired over 130 artillery shells of 152 and 155 mm caliber and MLRS shells at DPR’s Donetsk, Gorlovka and the Yasinovataya district.
