MOSCOW, December 7. /TASS/. One victim of mass shooting at school in Bryansk, south of Moscow, has died after sustaining heavy wounds, the Russian Interior Ministry branch for the Bryansk Region said in a statement.
"According to preliminary information, one of the students of the school, [a female], brought a firearm to the school premises and opened fire with several shots, injuring five people. Afterwards, the girl turned the gun on herself, committing suicide. One of her wounded classmates also died from sustained wounds," the statement said.
The police and emergency services are working at the scene. First responders reported earlier that the shooter was an eighth-grader. She brought her father’s gun to school.
