One person died, eight injured in bus crash in Russia’s Sverdlovsk — interior ministry

According to preliminary data, the driver lost control over the vehicle

EKATERINBURG, October 22. /TASS/. One person has been killed and eight others have been injured when a bus flipped over in Russia’s Sverdlovsk Region, Head of the press service of the regional Internal Affairs Ministry Valery Gorelykh said on Friday.

"According to preliminary data, the driver <…> lost control over the vehicle, the bus exited from the road to the left and then flipped over. As a result, one passenger has died, his identity is now being established. Another eight people suffered injuries of varying severity and were rushed to hospitals," the head of the press service noted.
