Oil exports from Russia down to 6.86 mbd in November, revenues fall to $10.97 bln — IEA

Revenues from oil exports amounted to $7.06 bln in November

MOSCOW, December 11. /TASS/. Russia’s exports of oil and petroleum products lost 5.77% in November 2025 month-on-month to 6.86 mln barrels per day (mbd), the lowest level since February 2022, the International Energy Agency (IEA) reported. Meanwhile revenues from export supplies fell by almost 15% to $10.97 bln.

Oil deliveries decreased by 290,000 barrels per day (bpd), while supplies of petroleum products fell by 130,000 bpd.

Revenues from oil exports amounted to $7.06 bln in November, which is $1.64 bln lower than in the previous month, while revenues from exports of petroleum products totaled $3.91 bln (down by $280 mln).

Compared to last November, Russia's revenues from oil exports were more than $3.5 bln lower.

Moreover, discounts on Russian oil increased in November compared to October.
