MURMANSK, March 27. /TASS/. Delegates from 21 countries, including the United States, took part in the International Arctic Forum in Murmansk, advisor to the Russian President and executive secretary of the forum steering committee Anton Kobyakov told reporters.
"Representatives of 21 [countries] already took part in forum activities, including from the United States, our European colleagues and Asian colleagues," Kobyakov said.
Russia is continuously expanding port infrastructure capacities in the Arctic, he noted. "It is clear that huge investments in port and transport-logistical infrastructure are needed for the Northern Sea Route to be an unconditional favorite. Foreign investors that will understand it earlier will have a good change to make much of their investments," he added.
