MOSCOW, October 11. /TASS/. The transaction on the sale of 56.4% in Enel Russia by Italy’s Enel to Lukoil and Gazprombank-Frezia fund will be completed in coming days, CEO of Enel Russia Zhanna Sedova told TASS.

"I believe, in coming days," the top manager said, answering the question about the transaction closing time.

All the required permits for the transaction, including from the Federal Antimonopoly Service, have already been received, Sedova said earlier.
