MOSCOW, May 3. /TASS/. The Russian telecom watchdog Roskomnadzor does not see preconditions for the time being to block Viber messenger in Russia, deputy head of the regulator Vadim Subbotin told reporters on Thursday.
The messenger is not in the register of organizers of information distribution and blocking rules do not apply to it therefore, Subbotin said.
"No blocking preconditions so far," the official noted.
