HAVANA, February 5. /TASS/. Eastern Cuba was cut off from the national power grid on Wednesday following an accident at the Felton power plant in the Holguin Province.
The Cubadebate media outlet reported a partial power outage in the Holguin Province, while the provinces of Granma, Santiago de Cuba and Guantanamo were left entirely without electricity.
Local authorities launched recovery efforts, the news outlet added.
