Astana-Moscow cooperation evolves upward — Kazakh leader

ASTANA, November 27. /TASS/. Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia is developing on an upward trend, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said during an extended meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, who is currently on a state visit to Astana.

"I can affirm that our cooperation is progressing along an upward trajectory and has gained irreversible momentum. Our task, as I see it, is to ensure that this momentum continues unabated," Tokayev said.

He emphasized the importance of successfully developing trade, deepening investment cooperation, and enhancing contacts in humanitarian and educational fields.
