Trump suggests Kennedy Jr. as US secretary of health and human services

He assured that Kennedy Jr. will "end the Chronic Disease epidemic"

NEW YORK, November 15. /TASS/. US President-elect Donald Trump announced his decision to appoint Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS).

"I am thrilled to announce Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as The United States Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). For too long, Americans have been crushed by the industrial food complex and drug companies who have engaged in deception, misinformation, and disinformation when it comes to Public Health," Trump wrote on his Truth Social website.

He assured that Kennedy Jr. will "end the Chronic Disease epidemic" in the United States.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a former member of the Democratic Party who ran as an independent candidate in the US presidential election, announced on August 23 that he was suspending his campaign. He threw his support to Trump, saying that he shared the latter’s positions on critical issues, including Ukraine, freedom of speech and economic independence. He also expressed support to Trump’s policy of reducing the influence of elites on the decision-making process in Washington.
