US congressman denies reports that Trump has list of people he wants to get revenge on

"His focus is the American people, not some enemies list," Byron Donalds noted

NEW YORK, November 11. /TASS/. Byron Donalds, a member of the US House of Representatives representing the state of Florida, has denied information that US President-elect Donald Trump has a list of people he plans to take revenge on after returning to the White House.

"For the American people who have been listening to these lies from the Democratic left: I will tell you, this is not something that Donald Trump has ever spoken to or he's committed to whatsoever. There's no enemies list," the lawmaker told Fox News, commenting on the Democrats' respective statements.

At the same time, Donalds pointed out that "there are people who've been opposed to him," but the politician in his work will focus on the interests of the American people. In his opinion, the president-elect's priority will be to deport illegal immigrants and restore the country's economy. "That's his focus. His focus is the American people, not some enemies list," he added.

Politico reported on November 6 that Trump has a long list with the names of people he plans to take revenge on after his re-election. The newspaper pointed out that the list includes current US leader Joe Biden, Vice President and his running mate Kamala Harris, former President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

On November 5, the general elections were held in the US. Americans voted for president, one-third of the Senate, and the entire House of Representatives, as well as governors in 11 states and two territories. Republican nominee Trump won the presidential election.
