DUBAI, April 14. /TASS/. Iran completed its operation against Israel, but is ready for further actions if necessary, Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Mohammad Bagheri said on Sunday.

"The operation, from our point of view, has ended. But the armed forces are ready and will act if necessary," Bagheri was quoted by the Iranian Press TV channel.

He also said that Iran has warned the United States via Switzerland that US bases will become a military target if Washington supports an Israeli retaliation. "We have conveyed a message to the US through the Swiss Embassy that US bases will become a military target if they are used during future aggressive actions of the Zionist regime (Israel - TASS). We will consider this as aggression and act accordingly," Bagheri said.
