"In this situation, I would rely on the experience of restoring Grozny. If I'm not mistaken, it took from three to five years. The same period will be required for the restoration of Mariupol," he said.

Fighting for Mariupol in the special military operation of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine began on February 25.
