MOSCOW, April 16. /TASS/. The first Russian GPT-neural network BrandGPT for analyzing social and mass media for business purposes is now available to users, the press service of Brand Analytics, the service's developer, told TASS.
"Users of the Brand Analytics system now have access to an AI analytics assistant - BrandGPT. This is the first Russian tool based on a large language generative model, designed to quickly analyze social media and mass media for businesses," the press service said.
The first working prototype of BrandGPT was presented in the fall of 2023 at the Brand Analytics Conference 2023. In January 2024 the Federal Intellectual Property Service officially registered the BrandGPT software. Before its public launch, the AI assistant underwent private testing in 30 companies.
According to the press service, BrandGPT streamlines the process of analyzing big social media data, saving time and reducing costs. Regardless of the volume of analyzed data, the service generates analytical answers for typical tasks in the field of marketing research in a few minutes.
"BrandGPT is not only aimed at direct users of the system, but also at a wider range of managers and specialists: product managers, brand managers, marketing directors, PR-directors and so on. Anyone can ask BrandGPT a question and find out the goings-on around a company, person or product, as well as gain insight to make better decisions going forward," the press service quoted Natalia Sokolova, Managing Partner of Brand Analytics, as saying.
Moreover, BrandGPT guarantees data security during the analysis; the data is not transferred to any third-party services, all processing is done within the Brand Analytics system infrastructure on its own servers in Russian data centers. Users can work with BrandGPT using preconfigured scripts for solving typical tasks, can ask the AI assistant recommended questions or ask their own questions.
