"It is important to determine global, leading research institutions that will assume responsibility for performing fundamental studies," the president said

MOSCOW, February 21. /TASS/. Lead research institutions and companies that will be responsible for fundamental studies and implementation of technologies of the future should be determined, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the plenary session of the Future Technologies Forum.

"It is important to determine global, leading research institutions that will assume responsibility for performing fundamental studies. Companies that will have to implement technologies of the future," the president said.

Establishment of human resources development in the chemistry sphere for technology leadership at all education levels is also among their tasks, Putin added.
