Progress MS-21 depressurization has no effect on Progress S-22 docking to ISS

The Progress MS-21 cargo spacecraft was launched atop the Soyuz-2.1 rocket from the Baikonur Cosmodrome on October 26

MOSCOW, February 11. /TASS/. The depressurization of Progress MS-21 resupply vehicle has not affected either the docking of Progress MS-22 to the International Space Station (ISS) or the further program of crewed missions, the Russian space agency Roscosmos told reporters on Saturday.

"That incident had no impact on today’s docking of the Progress MS-22 cargo spacecraft to the ISS. It will have no effect on the further program of manned flights," the state space corporation said.

The Progress MS-21 cargo spacecraft was launched atop the Soyuz-2.1 rocket from the Baikonur Cosmodrome on October 26. Two days later, it docked to the Poisk research module of the Russian segment on the ISS. The spacecraft delivered over 2,500 kg of cargo to the ISS.
