The mission of Crew-3 was launched in November 2021

NEW YORK, May 6. /TASS/. The Crew Dragon spacecraft of the American company SpaceX with the Crew-3 mission on board almost a day after undocking from the International Space Station (ISS) returned to Earth. The landing of the spacecraft was broadcast on the website of the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

The spacecraft, called Endurance, with four astronauts on board: the Americans Raja Chari, Tom Marshburn, Kayla Barron and Matthias Maurer, a German astronaut, entered the atmosphere at 00:37 US East Coast time (07:37 Moscow time), a few minutes later his main parachutes were deployed. At 00:44 (07:44 Moscow time), the broadcaster confirmed the Crew Dragon's splashdown in the Atlantic Ocean near Florida.

The rendezvous completed the six-month mission of Crew-3, which was launched from Cape Canaveral, Florida, last November.
