MOSCOW, June 24. /TASS/. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have deployed multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) at the plague cemetery in Odessa in order to put the blame for the destruction of tombs and the emerging biological threat on the Russian forces, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, said on Friday.
"Militants of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are concentrating large-caliber artillery and foreign-made MLRS in the cemetery for victims of the 19th-century plague outbreak (Privoz district, Chumka Hill, Vodoprovodnaya Street)," said Mizintsev, who heads the Russian Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine.
According to Mizintsev, the false-flag operation is being orchestrated by the 83rd center for information and psychological operations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which objective is to put the blame for strikes on potentially hazardous facilities on the Russian Armed Forces. Hundreds of Odessa civilians may be affected as a result of this operation.
The general pointed out that if the Russian Armed Forces target the amassment of Ukrainian weapons in that area, Kiev intends to widely publicize throughout the media the news about destroyed graves and an emerging biological threat in Odessa, allegedly caused by the Russian military.
Mizintsev emphasized that those facts once again demonstrate the Ukrainian authorities’ total indifference to civilians and complete disregard for international humanitarian law. All this is taking place with tacit consent of "civilized" Western countries, which continue to turn a blind eye to the numerous war crimes committed by the Kiev regime.
