MOSCOW, September 28. /TASS/. Germany’s current leaders lack sound judgment, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Dmitry Lyubinsky said at a roundtable discussion at the Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

"In my view, the systemic problem facing modern Europe lies in the obvious degradation of its political class. Even against this already very grim backdrop, the Germans today stand out for the degree of inadequacy of their own political leadership, whether in Berlin or in the comfortable Brussels armchairs," he said.
