MOSCOW, December 16. /TASS/. About 96% of Russian troops are able to return to active duty after receiving medical treatment, Defense Minister Andrey Belousov said at the ministry’s board meeting.

"Some 96% of troops can return to service after being discharged from the hospital, while the hospital mortality rate currently stands below half a percent and continues to decline," he noted.
