MOSCOW, June 10. /TASS/. Iceland’s decision to scale back diplomatic relations with Russia is hurting bilateral relations, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Saturday.

"The decision by the government of Iceland to scale back diplomatic relations with Russia is ruining the entire system of Russian-Icelandic engagement, which was traditionally based on mutual respect and multi-faceted cooperation," the statement said.
