It was also noted that Russia had never sought to avoid peace talks

MOSCOW, April 21. /TASS/. Some provisions of the Chinese peace plan for Ukraine could lay the groundwork for future efforts to establish peace there, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said in an interview with RT on Friday.

"Some provisions of the peace plan presented by our Chinese colleagues can be a basis for future peace efforts," he said.

Galuzin also said Russia had never sought to avoid peace talks.
