Lavrov calls on West to be polite, honor obligations in Navalny case

The Russian top diplomat pointed out that it is vital that Germany, France and Sweden provide the results of tests that allegedly contain a warefare agent

MOSCOW, January 18. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has urged Western partners to show politeness, exclude methods of diplomatic boorishness and honor their international obligations in the situation involving Russian opposition figure Alexey Navalny.

The minister pointed out that it is vital that Germany, France and Sweden provide the results of tests which, they claim, "contain a certain warfare agent which is yet to be identified." Lavrov noted that nothing was presented in the situation involving Navalny just like in the cases of Alexander Litvinenko and the Skripals.
