Critical infrastructure facility damaged in Ukrainian city of Odessa

One of the city districts was partially left without electricity

MOSCOW, December 22. /TASS/. A critical infrastructure facility has been damaged in Odessa in southern Ukraine, Sergey Lysak, head of the city’s military administration, said.

"A critical infrastructure facility has suffered damage, leaving one of the districts partially without electricity," he wrote on Telegram.

The Zerkalo Nedeli media outlet reported earlier that the Odessa Region had been facing power outages following explosions.
